SANLEX HIGH GLOSS MULTIPURPOSE PAINT is a high quality water based paint that produces perfect gloss like synthetic paint applications. SANLEX HIGH GLOSS MULTIPURPOSE PAINT is fast drying, high build and has excellent weather durability, alkali, efflorescence and water resistant. This products is stain resistant and non yellowing. SANLEX HIGH GLOSS MULTIPURPOSE PAINT is good application to most surfaces such as cement wall, brick, plaster, and also on wood. It is suitable for interior and exterior use.
- Surface must be smooth, dry, and free from contaminants such as dust, sand, poorly adhering material, grease, laitance and efflorescence salt.
- For new wall, first coat the base paint with SANLEX ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER WB.
- In repainting, if the old paint conditions are not good, clean the surface long after sanding. Primer is not been required if the existing old paint still in good condition.
- For painting wood, it is better to coat the base paint first.
