Protective Paint SANPROOF PU WATERPROOFING
SANPROOF PU WATERPROOFING is an anti-leak waterproof coating made from polyurethane-based material. It is highly elastic, has strong adhesion, and is easy and practical to apply.
SANPROOF PU WATERPROOFING provides long-term protection against extreme weather and water leakage on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. It is ideal for tropical climates as it is resistant to ultraviolet (UV) rays and intense sunlight.
It can be applied on concrete roof ridges, clay roof tiles, concrete roofs / flat roofs, plastered cement surfaces, and can also be used as a decorative coating for exterior and interior walls, offering excellent coverage.

- Stir SANPROOF PU WATERPROOFING thoroughly before and during use.
- Clean the surface from dirt, dust, oil, loose old paint, and other contaminants.
- If there are any defects or damage on the wall, repair them first using suitable materials.
- Ensure the surface is completely dry before application.
- For decorative applications (interior & exterior), dilute with approximately 10% water.
- Apply 2–3 coats, depending on color and surface porosity.
- Make sure each coat is completely dry before applying the next layer.
- Apply without dilution using a cross-coating method (perpendicular to the previous application direction) for:
- Concrete surfaces or roof ridges exposed to continuous water contact
- Wall-to-floor joints
- If cracks wider than 2 mm are found, use SANPROOF POLYESTER MESH
- (Apply SANPROOF PU WATERPROOFING onto the crack, then embed SANPROOF POLYESTER MESH into the wet coating. After it has dried, reapply SANPROOF PU WATERPROOFING using a cross-coating method. Apply a minimum of 2 coats)
