Roof Paint SANLEX ROOF PAINT
Sanlex Roof Paint is a high quality water base tile paint made from acrylic emulsion.
Available in thousands of color choices at the Sanlex Color Gallery tinting machine.
This product can also be used for painting wall paint.
Superiority:
- Resistant to sunlight and weather conditions in the tropics.
- Long lasting color, easy to wear and dries quickly.
- Good adhesion for painting tile, asbestos, concrete, hardboard and zinc.
How to use:
- Surface Preparation:
- Clean the surface to be coated from oil, moss, dust, dirt and old paint residue
- New Tile: must be cleaned first from dust or dirt that is attached.
- Old Tile: must be cleaned first from dust or dirt attached especially from moss (fungus).
- Mixing:
- Can be diluted with clean water between 10 - 20%.
- Application:
- Stir the paint well before use.
- Application can use brush, roll or spray.
- Drying: + 20 minutes (weather dependent)

Available in 2.5 Liter Gallon and 20 Liter Pail packaging
Specifications:
- Spreadability: 30-50 tiles/liter (depending on color & porosity)
