Roof Paint SANLEX RUFCOAT
SANLEX RUFCOAT is a tile paint based on a combination of acrylic emulsions. Especially created for tile painting in the tropics.
Advantages:
- Resistant to sunlight and weather conditions in the tropics.
- It will not fade due to rainwater and will not get moldy (anti fungus).
- Good adhesion to concrete walls, plaster, plasterboard, hardboard, wood and zinc.
- Surface Preparation :

- Clean the surface to be coated from oil, moss, dust, dirt and old paint residue.
- New tile: must be cleaned first of dust or dirt attached.
- Old tile: must be cleaned first of moss (fungus).
- Mixing :
-
- Brush : 10 – 20 %.
- Spray : 30 – 40 %.
- Application :
-
- Application can use a brush or spray.
- Re-Painting: after the first layer is dry (1 – 2 hours) depending on the weather.
Packaging : Available in 3.75 kg gallons and 18.75 kg pails.
Spesification :
- Closing power 800 – 1000 tiles/pail (depending on the tile being painted and the color used).
- Finish look: Gloss.
- Diluent: Clean water.
Dilution :
- Brush: 10 – 20%.
- Spray : 30 – 40 %.
Drying Time : ± 1 hour (Depends on the weather).
