Description :
PREMIO COMPLETA is a high-quality emulsion paint that has excellent durability with a smooth matt finish. PREMIO COMPLETA is best used for painting on the various exterior and interior wall surfaces such as cement, brick, plaster, asbestos, and wallboard.

Direction To Use :
Surface must be firm, dry and free from dust, sand, loose and flaking paint film, grease, laitance, efflorescence salts and other forms of contaminant.
Painting for Exterior / Interior :
- New concrete : Apply PREMIO ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER WATER BASE or PREMIO ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER SOLVENT BASE 1 - 2 coats as a primer. For finishing apply PREMIO COMPLETA WALL PAINT 2 - 3 coats depending on the colors.
- Repainting : Primer not needed as long as old painted is still good and clean. Sand surfaces then apply PREMIO COMPLETA WALL PAINT. Loose and flaking paint film should be removed and sanded, then apply PREMIO ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER WATER BASE or PREMIO ALKALI RESISTING PRIMER SOLVENT BASE. For finishing apply PREMIO COMPLETA WALL PAINT 2 - 3 coats depending upon the colors.

Apllication & Thinning :
-Brush , Roller ( 10 - 15% ) Clean Water.
-Convensional Spray ( 20 - 30% ) Clean Water.
-Airless Spray ( 0 - 10% ) Clean Water.
Re Coat Time : 1 Hour Minimum.
